Can I track my order? Will I receive a tracking number?
Absolutely! We constantly aim to keep you informed. Once your product has been dispatched, tracking information will be emailed to your email automatically. Also, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you do not receive any tracking or shipping information please don't hesitate to contact us via email.
Do you do worldwide shipping?
Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world. We do not ship to some countries because of current events or situations.
What are your shipping times?
Our shipping times are determined by the order you place and the shipping method you select. When you place your order, you will receive all of that. It may potentially take some time if your order is delayed, however, you will be alerted if this occurs.
What are your processing times?
The day and time of your order will determine how long it takes us to process it. Your order will be processed the following day if you place it during the week. We operate on business days, so if you place your order on the weekend, it won't be processed until the following business day.
What do I do if I never receive my order?
